| Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information Processing and mapping, marketing, or GIS related field of study in addition to knowledge and experience at using geographic information systems. Must have excellent computer technology skills using one or more of the following: ESRI’s PC ArcInfo, ArcIMS, ArcView or ArcGIS, AtlasGIS, or MapInfo. Must be proficient in computer databases and spreadsheets, be able to interpret and analyze demographic and expenditure data and reports, have good writing and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail is required. Experience with market research projects and site location research is helpful. |
| Responsibilities: This position is responsible for completing market research projects utilizing GIS computer mapping technology and demographic expenditure data. Research projects for this position include: market and site analysis reports, maps, key findings, target market opportunities, preliminary trade area analysis, blitz maps, polygon market potential reports and radius market potential reports/maps. |
